| Fast Facts | One of the hardiest species of anemones in the aquarium, many Clownfishes will accept the long tentacle as host. This Anemone generally does well in well maintained reef aquariums. It is photosynthetic and requires good lighting. May benefit from supplemental feeding of finely chopped meaty seafoods in tanks where fish are not fed. Prefers sand substrate, but this is not mandatory. One of most forgiving anemones available. Specimens vary slightly in color, in shades of lavender, bluish, greenish or pinkish. The colors are not too different from one another. Like all anemones, size will vary from smaller when you receive them, to notably larger until they have adjusted to your aquarium for a period of weeks. | ||||||||||||||||
