Fast Facts This smaller species is an ideal reef fish! You can keep this wrasse in small groups, but introduce them into your tank simultaneously. All Fairy Wrasses are Planktivores, which means they won't bother in corals, clams, etc., making them the perfect reef aquarium fish. The Whipfin Fairy Wrasse (also known as the Threadfin Fairy Wrasse) should not be kept with aggressive tankmates and should be provided with numerous places to hide. It is a durable fish that usually does very well in captivity once it acclimates.

Diet and Feeding Feed a varied diet of frozen prepared foods, minced fresh shrimp, and a good flake food. Try to feed at least twice a day.
