AVAILABILITY NOTE Unicorn tangs are popular, not often available and never plentiful. ACT FAST when in stock!
Unicorn Tangs are much sought after by hobbyists, but not often collected. It needs lots of swimming room, not a tank cluttered with décor. Young individuals such as would be suitable for a home aquarium look little like the spectacular pictures of the giant specimens often seen in books, and have virtually no "horn"-- you simply do not see this in the trade. Unicorn tangs are generally passive, making good community fish. In the wild, juveniles feed on algae while adults eat zooplankton. |
