The sailfin tang has brown and white bars on the body that extend onto the fins, while the tail is yellow. The dorsal and anal fins are also very high. This is one of the least aggressive members of the genus, and family, although it may behave aggressively toward members of its own kind. Provide this active fish with plenty of swimming room, as well one or two hiding places. |
