AVAILABILITY NOTE
This fish is not too rare, it is however not always around, and it's very popular, so contact us to be notified when they're available The window of opportunity to get one when available is small, so jump on them fast.
This beauty from the Arabian Gulf is yellowish-orange overall with one iridescent blue stripe running from the snout to the tail, another from the upper jaw to the gill cover, and two on the iris. The Neon Dottyback can be aggressive, so do not keep it with smaller, passive fishes, unless your tank is very large and the dottyback is added to the tank last. This species retains its color well if fed a varied diet. Most of the individuals that are now available in the aquarium trade are captive bred. |
