Chaetodon paucifasciatus is the Red Sea representative of a complex of butterflies including the similar Chaetodon xanthurus from the Western Pacific and Chaetodon mertensii from the South Pacific. As butterflies go, they all fare generally well in captivity, specimens of C. paucifasciatus typically does the best of the three, the only problem is obtaining one! Rarely available, act immediately when in stock and SHIP ON MONDAYS! |
