| Fast Facts |
The seldom-available Lantern Basslet is a very sturdy aquarium fish. Although not aggressive, they will defend their territory, chasing fish away that venture to near. Best kept with peaceful tankmates. If you want to keep more than one, (good luck finding more than one at a time) add them simultaneously to a larger tank with plenty of hiding places. An ideal fish for the reef aquarium, even in small tanks, this durable fish typically does great in any well maintained aquarium. Can be kept in groups in larger (100 gal.) aquariums. |
