AVAILABILITY NOTE ACT FAST when available- these are not often around and never plentiful!
We hate to call these things "green"-- because they're not, really-- but that's what they're generally called in the trade. These infrequently available polyps have a hard to describe color, which is highly subjective and will vary depending on lighting and who's describing it! We'll call then a non-descript sort of gray-blue with a contrasting bright colored center, which is generally regarded as green. However you describe them, they're very cool and quite hardy, although they aren't quite as indestructible as other types of polyps, which are nearly indestructible. These polyps are not often available to the trade. They are photosynthetic and require light, and do not require supplemental feeding. |
